El J's Mexican Restaurant Fast Food sends transactional SMS only when a customer voluntarily opts in during checkout.
Messages and frequency
Messages may include order received, accepted, cooking, ready, completed, cancelled, delivery-related, or other information directly related to the order. Message frequency varies with the order and its status.
Consent
SMS consent is optional and is not required to place an order or make a purchase. By checking the SMS consent box, you authorize transactional text messages at the mobile number you provide. You represent that you are authorized to use that number.
Rates, STOP, and HELP
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future transactional messages to that number. Reply HELP for help or contact the restaurant at (970) 523-9696. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an order.
Delivery
Message delivery is subject to wireless-carrier and service-provider availability and is not guaranteed. The restaurant is not responsible for delays caused by a carrier, device, or network outside its control.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Service providers may process the information as needed to deliver requested messages. See the Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the messaging program or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
