Streetwise Service Plans • Website Maintenance

Protect the investment after launch.

A professional website should remain current, functional and supported after it goes live. Streetwise maintenance plans are structured around the way the website is actually built—and the work required to maintain it correctly.

Why a non-admin website is not automatically cheaper to maintain: when a site has no owner/admin editing system, many content changes require a developer to work directly with the website source files, verify the changes, upload or redeploy the files to the hosting server, and confirm the live version is working correctly.

What Maintenance Means

Keeping existing systems working—not rebuilding the website every month.

Maintenance plans protect and support the website that was delivered. They cover reasonable ongoing care of existing pages, functions and systems within the selected service level.

Routine changes are included.

Examples include changing existing text, replacing an existing image, updating a price, correcting an existing page element, checking a form, or troubleshooting an existing function within the plan's included labor allowance.

New development is quoted separately.

New pages, new modules, major redesigns, new databases, new integrations, substantial content entry, new ordering features, new account systems or major structural changes are development work and are quoted separately before work begins.

Hosting, domain registration and third-party service fees are separate. Maintenance pricing does not include domain renewals, hosting-company charges, payment-processor fees, SMS charges, outside APIs, subscription services, commercial licenses or other third-party costs unless a written Streetwise agreement specifically states otherwise.

Not sure which plan applies? Streetwise can review the website architecture and determine whether it is file-managed, admin-managed or operating as a business-critical web system.
