Creative Vault Privacy

This is a private, password-protected portfolio and archive. Accounts receive only the permissions assigned by an administrator.

View-only accounts

Friends, employers and portfolio viewers can be restricted to browser viewing, listening and video playback. Download and sharing controls are not shown to those accounts. No website can completely prevent screenshots, screen recording or external recording, but direct original-file delivery remains protected by server-side account checks.

Family and vault managers

Family accounts may receive download and sharing rights. Vault managers may organize, edit and delete creative content. Administrators control users, permissions, design, backups and system settings.

Comments

Comments are stored as plain comments associated with the signed-in account. Administrators and vault managers can remove comments from the administration panel.
