What “Custom Starter Website” means

The prize is capped at six public website pages and covers the base Custom Starter Website package. Features listed as additions in the Streetwise Website Calculator—including admin systems, databases, portals, advanced commerce, integrations, booking systems, and other optional systems—are not automatically included.

The winner may request additional features before development begins. Available additions will be quoted at a special winner discount and only added with the winner's approval.

Streetwise targets completion before the new year when the winner meets all deadlines and the project remains within the included scope.

Want an Admin Panel?

A standard starter website may require a web designer to make structural or code-level changes. An optional admin system can give the owner browser-based control over supported content and make everyday updates substantially easier.

Winner-Only Add-On Pricing

The winner may upgrade the site before the build begins. Anything marked as an addition in the calculator is outside the base prize unless Streetwise specifically lists it as included. Upgrades are optional and will be quoted before work starts.

OFFICIAL RULES — SUMMARY

Clear rules keep the giveaway fair.

These published terms define the promotion. No purchase is necessary, and buying a Streetwise product, service, setup package, add-on, domain, or hosting service does not increase the odds of winning.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, owners, contractors directly administering the drawing, and members of their immediate household are not eligible.
Entry period ends December 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.
Limit one entry per person, one per email address, and one per Internet Protocol (IP) address/Internet connection. Attempts to use multiple identities, email addresses, VPN/proxy rotation, bots, scripts, automation, or other methods to bypass the limit may result in disqualification.
Entries must contain truthful contact information. False, fictitious, stolen, impersonated, or materially incomplete identities are not valid entries.
No purchase is necessary. A purchase, paid setup, paid upgrade, or other transaction with Streetwise does not improve the entrant's odds.
One potential First Prize winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond as instructed. Streetwise may select alternates in order so the promotion can continue if the original potential winner is ineligible, unreachable, declines, or forfeits.
The winner must provide requested website assets and information by 10:00 PM Mountain Time on December 21, 2026. Failure to meet the asset deadline may result in forfeiture and selection of the next eligible alternate.
Winner-supplied logos, images, text, trademarks, video, audio and other materials must be owned by the winner or supplied with sufficient permission for use. Streetwise may reject unlawful, infringing, malicious, deceptive, unsafe, or technically incompatible content.
First Prize is one Custom Starter Website with an approximate retail value of $1,250 and a maximum of six public pages. “Six pages” does not mean unlimited applications, databases, integrations, automation, administrative systems, or custom programming hidden within six URLs.
Anything identified as an add-on/addition in the Streetwise Website Calculator is excluded from the base prize unless specifically stated otherwise. Optional additions may be purchased at winner-only discounted pricing before development begins.
Domain registration, domain renewal, hosting-provider fees, payment-processing fees, third-party subscriptions, third-party licenses, API charges and other recurring external costs are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.
The optional $150 Streetwise Domain & Hosting Launch Setup service is labor only. The winner may use Streetwise, another provider, or perform deployment independently. Purchasing Streetwise setup is not required to claim or receive the prize.
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for another offer, or transferred to another person. Unused portions of the prize have no cash value, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Streetwise intends to complete the included build before January 1, 2027 when required materials are delivered on time. Paid additions, delayed responses, changed scope, third-party outages, or other circumstances outside the base build may change that target.
The completed site may remain on a Streetwise-controlled evaluation location for 30 calendar days. This is temporary evaluation access, not permanent hosting. Streetwise may remove the evaluation copy after the period ends.
Tampering with the entry system, attempting unauthorized access, manipulating records, submitting automated entries, or interfering with the promotion may result in disqualification and appropriate protective action.
If fraud, technical failure, security events, force majeure, or circumstances outside Streetwise's reasonable control materially impair the promotion, Streetwise may suspend, modify, or terminate the affected portion and, where appropriate, award the prize from eligible entries received under fair procedures and applicable law.
Potential winners may be required to confirm eligibility and acceptance of these rules before final confirmation. The confirmed winner's first name, last initial, city and state may be published on the contest/winners page.
Applicable taxes, if any, are the winner's responsibility. Entrants should obtain their own tax or legal advice when needed.

First-party contest analytics: Streetwise records ordinary technical information such as page visited, timestamp, referring page, browser family, operating system, device class and approximate screen/viewport size. The system also uses a privacy-protected IP hash for duplicate-entry and security checks and stores a masked IP representation for administrative review. This build does not add precise-location tracking, advertising trackers, cross-site tracking, or device fingerprinting.
