What we do

Everything your yard needs, all year long

From the first April mow to the last October blowout — and every snowy driveway in between.

Apr – Oct

Weekly Mowing

Mow, trim, edge and blow every week on your set day. We rotate stripe patterns so your grass grows upright and healthy.

From $38 / visit

Apr – May · Sep – Oct

Core Aeration

Our core aerators pull thousands of soil plugs so water and air reach roots through our heavy valley clay.

From $75

4 rounds a year

Fertilization

Slow-release feedings timed to the Grand Valley's alkaline soil, with iron for that deep summer green.

From $55 / round

Mar – Apr

Spring Cleanup

Wake the yard up: rake out thatch, clear winter debris, cut back perennials and edge every bed sharp.

From $165

Oct – Nov

Fall Leaf Cleanup

Cottonwood leaves pile up fast on the Mesa. We rake, mulch-mow and haul them so your lawn breathes all winter.

From $145

Apr – May

Sprinkler Startup

When irrigation water starts flowing, we charge your system, test every zone, adjust heads and set your controller.

$79 flat

The yard year

A plan for every month on the Mesa

Grand Valley lawns live through dry heat, canal-water schedules and surprise October freezes. Our seasonal plans are built around that calendar.

Locally owned, neighbor-run

Grand Valley yards, looked after like our own

Orchard Mesa Lawn & Garden works out of a small shop on B 1/2 Road. We know the valley's heavy clay, its canal-water schedules and the October freezes that crack an unprepared backflow.

We answer our own phone, keep notes on every yard (gate codes, dogs, the dry patch by the driveway), and still think a freshly striped lawn with the Book Cliffs behind it is about the best view in Colorado.
