Wine bar · Downtown Grand Junction Italy's old hillsides, Colorado's young vines.
Our wine list is a conversation between two valleys: classic Italian bottles beside small-lot wines grown a few miles from our door in Palisade.
You must be 21 or older to order alcohol, and we check ID. Please drink responsibly and plan a safe ride home.

01Il metodo
How we build the list
-
Grower first
We buy from families who farm their own vines, in Piemonte and on the Palisade mesas alike.
-
Made for the table
Every bottle has to earn its place next to a plate of pasta. Bright acidity, honest fruit, nothing overworked.
-
Open the good stuff
A wine preservation system lets us pour Barolo and Brunello by the glass, so you can taste them without committing to a bottle.
