Request a custom design- Same-day delivery
- Order by 1 pm Tuesday through Saturday and we deliver that afternoon in our delivery zones. Later orders go out the next delivery day. Delivery fees are shown on the Contact & Delivery page.
- Seasonal substitutions
- The palette, size and style will match the picture. Because we buy fresh every week, a stem may be swapped for one of equal or higher value in the same colors. Tell us when you order if you would rather we didn't.
- Keeping flowers fresh
- Trim half an inch from each stem at an angle, use clean, cool water and change it every two days. Keep flowers away from fruit bowls, heaters and direct afternoon sun.
- Card messages
- Every order can include a handwritten card. Add your message in the order form.
- If something isn't right
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with a photo and we will replace the arrangement or give you a refund or store credit.
