By using this website or buying software from Streetwise Software Online (SWSO) you agree to these terms.

Software licenses

When you buy one of our Mac apps you receive a license to use it; you do not buy the software itself. Unless a product page says otherwise, a license covers the Macs listed on that product's page for your own use. Please do not share, resell or publish license keys.

Free trials

Where a product offers a free trial, the trial is the full app for a limited time so you can check it works for you before buying.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Launch prices apply through the date shown on the product page. We may change prices for future purchases.

Subscriptions

Subscription web apps are billed monthly or yearly as chosen at sign-up and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Websites

The businesses in our Website Showroom are fictional demonstrations. Website builds are quoted individually; the final price and scope are agreed in writing before work starts.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to make our software reliable, but it is provided as is. Keep backups of important data. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
