How does store pickup work at Mesa Mercantile?
Choose Store pickup at checkout. We email you when your order is ready, usually within 2 hours during store hours. Park in the orange drive-up lane on the east side of the building or visit the pickup desk inside the main entrance. Pickup orders are held for 5 days.
Do you deliver near me in Grand Junction?
Yes. Local delivery covers Grand Valley ZIP codes starting with 815, including Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade, Clifton and the Redlands. Orders placed by 2 pm usually arrive the same evening. Delivery is $5.99, free on orders of $50 or more, plus the Colorado retail delivery fee shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery, unused and in the original packaging, with your receipt or order number. Electronics and appliances have 15 days. Perishable groceries, gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned. Sales tax is refunded with the item. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 and free on orders of $35 or more, usually arriving in 3 to 5 business days. Store pickup is always free. Shipments to Colorado addresses also carry the state retail delivery fee, shown as its own line before you pay.
Which sales tax do you charge?
Colorado sales tax depends on where you receive your order. Pickup orders include the state, Mesa County and City of Grand Junction rates. Delivered and shipped orders are taxed at the rates for the delivery address. Checkout shows the estimated tax before you place your order.
Returns made simple
Bring the item with your receipt, order number or the card you paid with, and we will refund it to your original payment method. Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear.
Changed your mind about an online order? Call us before it is ready for pickup or shipped and we will change or cancel it free of charge.

Pickup orders are held for 5 days.
Local delivery runs from 10 am to 9 pm every day across the Grand Valley. If you give us a phone number, your driver can call or text you about that delivery.

Prices on this site include every mandatory fee. Sales tax and the Colorado retail delivery fee are shown as their own lines before you place an order.
We work hard to get every price right. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we will tell you before charging you and you can cancel at no cost.
