These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Mesa Mercantile. By using the site you agree to them. Work, orders or bookings you arrange with us are also covered by the quote, order confirmation or agreement for that job, which wins if it says something different.

Using this site

You may browse the site and use its forms for genuine inquiries. Please do not misuse it: no spam, no attempts to break in or overload it, no automated scraping, and nothing unlawful or abusive in messages.

Information on the site

We try to keep everything here accurate and current, but prices, hours, availability, photos and descriptions can change and are not an offer we must accept. Photos may be illustrations rather than pictures of a specific job, product or person. Any estimate or calculator on the site is a guide only; your quote, order or invoice is what counts. All prices include every mandatory fee except sales tax and government fees, which are shown separately.

Orders, prices and availability

This website is a demonstration for a fictional business. Orders placed on it are not real: no payment is taken and nothing is picked, delivered or shipped.

• Prices are in US dollars and include every mandatory fee. Sales tax and government fees, such as the Colorado retail delivery fee, are shown as separate lines before you place an order. Tax shown before checkout is an estimate; the rate depends on where you receive the order.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it, and we may limit quantities or decline orders, for example when an item sells out.
• If an item is listed at the wrong price, we will contact you before charging you; you can then buy at the correct price or cancel at no cost.
• Pickup orders are held for 5 days. Delivery and shipping times are estimates.
• Product pictures may be illustrations, and colors can look different on screens.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account or order. Keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed with your account. You can delete your account at any time on the Account page. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Returns

Returns, refunds and delivery problems are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Reviews

We publish only reviews from real customers, with their permission, and we never write or buy reviews.

Our content

The text, design and graphics of this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links and quote small parts with credit; please ask before copying more.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites (for example maps or social media) are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.

No warranty

The website is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or free of viruses. This does not limit any warranty we give in writing for our work or products, or any right you have by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our total liability for any claim about the website itself is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Colorado law.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mesa County, Colorado.

We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies, from the effective date below.
