Returns, exchanges, refunds, delivery problems and gift cards for purchases in store and online.

Shopping with us should be worry-free. This policy covers returns, exchanges, refunds, delivery and gift cards for purchases in store and online.
Returns
- Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase or delivery, unused and in original packaging, with a receipt or order number.
- Electronics and appliances: 15 days, with all accessories. Opened software, media and personal-care items can be exchanged only if faulty.
- Not returnable: perishable groceries, gift cards, final-sale and clearance items, and custom or cut-to-order goods.
- Faulty items are replaced or refunded, or handled under the manufacturer's warranty, whichever you prefer where the law allows.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the item.
- Sales tax is refunded with the item. If an order is refunded in full, the sales tax on any delivery charge is refunded too.
- Without a receipt we can offer store credit at the lowest recent selling price.
- We do not charge restocking fees unless one is shown on the product page before you buy.
Delivery and online orders
- Delivery charges and the Colorado retail delivery fee (where it applies) are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- You can cancel an online order free of charge until it is shipped or ready for pickup.
- If an item arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund it, including delivery.
Prices and payment
Prices shown include every mandatory fee except sales tax and government fees. Any card surcharge is disclosed before checkout and never exceeds what Colorado law allows; there is never a surcharge on debit cards.
Gift cards
No expiry and no fees; balances of $5 or less can be paid out in cash on request.
