  2. We confirm your time

    We'll call or email to confirm the order, the total and your pickup window.

  3. Pick it up hot

    Head to the pickup window on the east side of the building. Your order is wrapped and waiting.

Catering trays feed 10 to 200 people. Give us at least 48 hours' notice and tell us a little about your event, and we'll confirm the menu, total and pickup or delivery time.

Where can I find good barbecue near me in Grand Junction?

Rimrock is at 2880 F Rd, between 28 and 29 Road, an easy drive from downtown Grand Junction, Clifton, Fruita, Palisade and the Redlands. Everything is smoked on site over real wood every day.

Is there a smash burger place near me that's open late?

We serve smash burgers until 9 PM Monday through Thursday, 10 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 8 PM on Sundays. The kitchen closes 30 minutes before we do.

Do you take reservations?

We're first come, first served most of the time. For groups of eight or more, call ahead and we'll hold a long table for you, especially on game days.

How early should I come for brisket?

Brisket and burnt ends can sell out on busy Fridays and Saturdays, so earlier is safer. Call ahead and we can set some aside for pickup.

Do you cater off-site?

Yes. We deliver hot trays anywhere in the Grand Valley, from Fruita to Palisade, and can bring the full setup for larger events.
