FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

Is there a remodeling contractor near me in Fruita or Grand Junction?

Yes. Our office is on Kokopelli Drive in Fruita, and we work in Loma, Mack, Grand Junction, the Redlands, Orchard Mesa, Clifton, Palisade and Whitewater. Ask about Glade Park and the Grand Mesa foothills.

Who can repair hail or water damage near me, and do you work with insurance?

We repair both. We document the damage with photos and measurements, write a detailed repair estimate and can meet your adjuster on site. You stay in control of your claim.

Are your estimates really free?

Yes. The on-site visit and the written, itemized proposal are free, with no obligation and no expiring discounts.

Can we live at home during a remodel?

Usually, yes. We set up dust walls and floor protection, keep a clear path through the house and clean up every evening. For kitchen remodels we can help you set up a temporary kitchen.

How soon can you start, and do you offer financing?

It depends on the season and the size of the job; your proposal includes a realistic start date and schedule. Monthly payment plans may be available through a third-party lender, subject to credit approval.
