Tucked just five minutes from the heart of Grand Junction, this newly built detached cabin sits on a beautifully maintained farm that doubles as a farm animal sanctuary. The setting is calm and grounding, with quiet mornings and views of animals moving through the landscape. Carol's Cabin is a peaceful, well-kept home base for vacation guests and working professionals.

Inside Carol's Cabin

The two-story layout makes the most of approximately 650 square feet, with warm wood flooring, high-end finishes, custom-made pieces and carefully selected art, including antiques over 100 years old. The open-plan kitchen features granite counters, a custom island with seating, a stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator and cooking essentials. The living area includes an Italian leather couch that converts to a queen bed and a mounted 65-inch smart TV.

Upstairs, the bedroom includes a high-quality king bed, bench, nightstands, upholstered chair and another mounted 65-inch smart TV. A direct door leads to a spacious approximately 9-by-16-foot balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the sanctuary.

The cabin includes a private enclosed front yard, enclosed parking area, in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, climate control and utilities as stated in confirmed booking terms. Fresh food may be provided upon arrival when arranged by the farm. Bodywork from a professional licensed massage therapist may be available by separate arrangement.
