VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Many kinds of help keep a sanctuary running.

Choose an area that fits your experience and availability. Applications are reviewed privately and the normal review period is up to seven days so the sanctuary can verify information and references where appropriate.

ANIMAL CARE

Farm Animal Care Volunteer

Care for horses, cattle and smaller sanctuary animals.

Responsibilities & details

Duties:
Feeding, water, supplements, basic cleaning, observation and reporting.

Qualifications:
Dependable, calm around animals and willing to follow sanctuary procedures.

Typical schedule:
Morning and evening shifts; schedule is assigned by the farm.
