Quotes, Plans & Cancellations

Here is how quotes, deposits, seasonal plans, plant guarantees and cancellations work.

Quotes and agreements

• Every project starts with a written quote showing the scope, price and payment schedule. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Changes or hidden conditions (buried rock, broken irrigation lines) are priced and approved before that work is done.

Deposits for projects

• A deposit may be needed to book your start date and order plants and materials.
• Cancel before materials are ordered: full refund. After that, we refund the deposit minus materials already bought that the supplier will not take back, and deliver what you paid for.

Seasonal and recurring plans

• Plans run for the season shown in your agreement and renew only if you agree. We remind you before any renewal.
• Cancel any time by phone or email; you pay only for visits already completed.
• Visits missed because of weather are rescheduled, not charged twice.

Plants

If your agreement includes a plant guarantee, it covers plants we supply and install for the period stated there, as long as they are watered as we advise. Plants damaged by drought, frost, animals, or watering restrictions outside our control are not covered.

Payment

Prices include every mandatory fee except sales tax; any card surcharge is shown before you pay and never exceeds what Colorado law allows.
