These terms apply to your use of this website, run by High Desert Xeriscape Co.. By using the site you agree to them. Work, orders or bookings you arrange with us are also covered by the quote, order confirmation or agreement for that job, which wins if it says something different.

Using this site

You may browse the site and use its forms for genuine inquiries. Please do not misuse it: no spam, no attempts to break in or overload it, no automated scraping, and nothing unlawful or abusive in messages.

Information on the site

We try to keep everything here accurate and current, but prices, hours, availability, photos and descriptions can change and are not an offer we must accept. Photos may be illustrations rather than pictures of a specific job, product or person. Any estimate or calculator on the site is a guide only; your quote, order or invoice is what counts. All prices include every mandatory fee except sales tax and government fees, which are shown separately.

Licenses, water and chemicals

Weed, pest or fertilizer treatments that require a license in Colorado are applied only under a Colorado Department of Agriculture commercial applicator license, and we tell you before any product is used. Irrigation connections follow your water provider's backflow rules. Water-savings figures on this site are general estimates, not a promise for your property.
