Full menu + spice meters

A weathered wooden crate piled with ripe Palisade peaches, one cut open, under the trees of an East Orchard Mesa orchard.

We cook with the valley, not just in it.

In summer our peaches come from orchards on East Orchard Mesa, the honey is Western Slope wildflower and the corn is grown in the valley whenever the harvest allows. The lemonade is squeezed in the window while you wait.

When peach season ends, we put up our own frozen orchard stash so the glaze tastes like August in January.

How the truck works

Throw a party the whole valley talks about.

Weddings in wine country, office lunches, trailhead races, backyard graduations. We roll up, open the window and feed everyone fast.
