Street food should be simple, and so should this policy.

At the window

If something you ordered is not right, tell us before you leave the window and we will remake it or refund that item on the spot.

Schedule changes

Our weekly schedule is posted on this site. Weather, breakdowns or event changes sometimes mean we have to move or cancel a stop; we update the schedule as soon as we know. We are sorry when that happens, but we cannot compensate for a trip to a canceled stop.

Catering and private events

• A deposit holds your date. The amount and the final headcount deadline are in your booking confirmation.
• Cancel more than 14 days before the event: full refund of the deposit.
• Cancel 3 to 14 days before: deposit refunded minus food already bought, with receipts on request.
• Cancel within 72 hours: the deposit is kept.
• Dangerous weather (lightning, high wind) or a vehicle breakdown on our side: you choose a new date or a full refund.
• Event pricing includes every mandatory charge; any travel fee is quoted up front.

Allergies

We cook in a small space with shared surfaces and fryers, so we cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens. Please ask before ordering.
