These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Cocina Sol de Mesa. By using the site you agree to them. Work, orders or bookings you arrange with us are also covered by the quote, order confirmation or agreement for that job, which wins if it says something different.
Using this site
You may browse the site and use its forms for genuine inquiries. Please do not misuse it: no spam, no attempts to break in or overload it, no automated scraping, and nothing unlawful or abusive in messages.
Information on the site
We try to keep everything here accurate and current, but prices, hours, availability, photos and descriptions can change and are not an offer we must accept. Photos may be illustrations rather than pictures of a specific job, product or person. Any estimate or calculator on the site is a guide only; your quote, order or invoice is what counts. All prices include every mandatory fee except sales tax and government fees, which are shown separately.
Menus, allergies and alcohol
Menus online can change with the season and may differ from what is available on the day. Our kitchen handles common allergens (including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and sesame), so we cannot promise any dish is free of them; please tell your server about allergies before you order. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over with valid ID, and we may refuse service to anyone.

The text, design and graphics of this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may share links and quote small parts with credit; please ask before copying more.
